Wrigleyville Development Project

Gallagher Way consists of two main buildings and a 30,000-square-foot community-oriented open-air plaza.

The first building is home to the Chicago Cubs front office, a curated selection of food and beverage destinations, mixed-use retail tenants and the American Airlines Conference Center. The second building is anchored by Hotel Zachary, a variety of upscale food and beverage concepts and a below grade parking structure. The open-air plaza is a year-round destination for movies, concerts, gameday festivities and winter activities.

North Building — 1101 W Waveland, Chicago, IL 60613

The North Building is one of the two main buildings within the Wrigleyville development, anchored by the new Chicago Cubs front office and the American Airlines conference center. Located on the second floor of the building, The American Airlines Conference Center boasts nearly 10,000 square feet of flexible space to host conferences, meetings and presentations, conventions, special events, and more.

The North Building also houses a curated selection of food and beverage destinations and mixed-use retail tenants including the Budweiser Brickhouse Tavern by Four Corner Tavern Group, Lucky Dorr by Folkart Restaurant Management, a Starbucks Reserve Bar, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, a bi-level Cubs team merchandise store, Jostens and the Motorola World Series Trophy Room.

West Building — 3630 N Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60613

The West Building is anchored by Hotel Zachary, a 173-room boutique hotel and a member of Marriott’s Tribute Collection. The design of Hotel Zachary was inspired by the  world-renowned Wrigley Field architect and Chicagoan Zachary Taylor Davis. The 238,000-square-foot mixed-use building also includes a Wintrust Bank and McDonald’s retail location.

The West Building is also home to a variety of upscale restaurants and retail partners including Big Star by One Off Hospitality, Smoke Daddy by 4 Star Restaurant Group, Mordecai by Folkart Restaurant Management, West Town Bakery and Tap by Fifty/50 Restaurant Group, and Dutch & Doc’s by Boka Restaurant Group. The combined culinary experience has earned countless awards from James Beard, Michelin and Bib Gourmand.

Gallagher Way is a 30,000 square foot community-oriented open-air plaza that serves as a year-round gathering destination for neighbors, families, fans and visitors.  Located in the heart of Lakeview and adjacent to Wrigley Field, Gallagher Way is an inviting open-air destination to enjoy food, music, festivals, shopping and gameday festivities.

As part the Ricketts family’s commitment to host family-friendly events, Gallagher Way offers year-round, public and community programming such as Wiggleworms presented by Old Town School of Folk Music, Green City Market at Gallagher Way, Music Box Theatre Movies at Gallagher Way, Winterland at Gallagher Way and other exciting events.
